Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Free Shipping — Available on qualifying orders
• Standard Shipping — $8.00 (5-10 business days)
• Express Shipping — $15.00 (2-5 business days)

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

Not satisfied? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

1. Email untamedsummit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return shipping label (if applicable)
3. Ship the item back within 14 days
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: inflatable items that have been inflated, personal protective equipment that has been worn, and clearance items marked as final sale.
